A WATER STORY
The Pegueiou enjoys an exceptional location, combining its generous cuisine with a unique panorama. One of the distinctive features of its location is its water supply, which remains "carried"!
Indeed, as you can imagine, Peguieou is not connected to the mains water supply. Therefore, it was necessary to find original solutions to overcome its very particular situation.
For dishwashing and cleaning your restaurant, the water used comes from the Bergerie spring, located 450 meters and 40 meters below the restaurant. The water is monitored by the regional health agency. Water withdrawals are subject to quotas.
As for table water, it is only available in bottles.
